Synod 2006 June 10th, 2006
Some of you may have heard that the Classis of California has withheld some of its assessments to use according to its own priorities (and therefore prevent the General Synod from using.) According to the Book of Church Order (3.I.1, available at here) delegates will not be seated if their classis isn’t current with their payments of assessments.
Accordingly, delegates from the Classis of California were not seated.
