I have a very basic policy on customer service: If someone’s great, tell everyone; is someone’s awful, tell everyone. I think it’s fair. So, in light of that, I’m telling everyone how AWESOME VergeSport.com is. We ordered our jersey’s from there for Ragbrai. Prices beat everyone else on the web. Customer service is incredible. They were easy to work with. They (particularly Tom H.) were helpful, kind, competent, quick to respond to questions, and all-around wonderful.
The (semi-custom) jerseys are set to show up before we leave for Ragbrai and, hoping they fit (I’m not a huge biker, so I’m kind-a guessing on the sizes), we’ll be wearing them off-and-on during the week.
